6-airbag system for driver and all passengers

The new Tourneo Custom comes standard with driver, passenger front, seat side and curtain airbags along with the latest activation system to keep all passengers safe during a collision. With 5-star Euro NCAP1 safety rating, the 6-airbag system has raised the bar for safety standards in its class.

Electronic Stability Programme (ESP)*

Electronic Stability Programme is designed to help you maintain control in extreme driving conditions, it senses when you are deviating from your chosen lane and aims to keep you on track by automatically regulating braking and engine output. *Uses sensors. Driver assistance feature.

ISOFIX Child-seat Fixing Points*

The Tourneo Custom Shuttle Bus comes with flexible rear seats that allow you to configure your space to fit all your needs. Each rear seat is not only foldable, but also removable to make space for your cargo. With the possibility of 30 seating arrangements, ISOFIX mounting points for children’s seats, and spacious interior the vehicle suits every trip you wish to undertake. *A rear-facing child seat must not be filtered to the second-row seat when they are rearward facing towards the third row.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System

Sudden loss of tire pressure is the first sign of a puncture. If any of your tires happen to lose pressure before or during your journey, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System gives you an immediate warning by lighting up an icon on the instrument panel.

Hill Launch Assist*2

Designed to temporarily prevent you from rolling down a hill when you move your foot from the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal. It works in forward and reverse gears, so it is ideal for towing and pulling heavy loads. *Uses sensors.

Clever stowage for all your belongings

The Tourneo Custom provides safe stowage for cups, bottles and mobile phones in easy to reach spaces. In addition underneath the dual front passenger seat, you also have access to a hidden stowage area along with a fold-out table big enough for you to work comfortably on your laptop.

Easy access from all angles

Running boards underneath the two sliding doors come standard in the Tourneo Custom to provide you easy access with a comfortable low level entry step. In addition, a tailgate gives you access to the rear luggage compartment.

High performance air conditioning ventilation system

The combination of 20 air vents and a very efficient air-conditioning system keep all passengers cool and comfortable on long and short journeys, no matter which row they’re seated in.

Integrated Roof Rack*

Tourneo Custom is available with an ingenious roof rack system that folds away when not in use to help improve fuel economy and reduce wind noise, versus conventional roof racks. Capable of carrying loads of up to 130 kg, the roof rack features a load stop and integrated T-slots that are compatible with standard roof rack accessories to maximize its capability and usability.
