The contest, held at the Almoayyed Motors Service Centre in Sitra, aimed to celebrate technical expertise, customer service excellence, and adherence to Ford’s global standards. Participants included Ford Service Technicians and Service Advisors, who competed in rigorous evaluations covering technical skills, diagnostic accuracy, customer interaction, and overall service quality.
